Olive Oil <br />Salt, to taste <br />Black Pepper, freshly ground <br />1 tsp. Lemon Juice <br />2 tsp. Olive Oil <br /> <br />For Chicken Patties:- <br />250 gms. Chicken Leg Mince <br />1½ tbsp. Then add green chilli, mint leaves, olive oil, salt, black pepper powder and grind well to a paste. Add lemon juice and stir. Pour olive oil on top and refrigerate. <br />2. In a bowl mix the chicken leg mince with soy sauce, salt, black pepper, olive oil and mint leaves. Make thin patties of the mixture. <br />3. In a pan heat olive oil and pan fry the patties. <br />4.
